It has been sometime since I posted to this platform. To be honest I’ve been struggling with the terms “I love you” and the actions not matching those words. Perhaps it is my belief that there is no such thing as unconditional love. All love has conditions, expectations, and limits whether they are spoken or not. Can you really expect someone to continue to love you totally when your actions continue to hurt them? When “I’m sorry” becomes second nature for actions you know are not going to change and at some point have become a habit. Maybe when actions & words no longer align your limit has been reached so set up the condition to love but from a distance, keeping your heart a little guarded. You don’t stop loving them but it changes.

The windshield is larger than the rear view mirror for a reason. Keep looking forward! 143x4💖
