Rudee - Imagine Rudee Loop The City of Virginia Beach is exploring the possibility of developing Rudee Loop, a 10-acre cul-de-sac where Atlantic Avenue ends, bordered by Rudee Inlet to the West and Fourth Street to the North.

Did you know a new mural is being painted at Rudee Loop called Peace Doves? The purpose is to honor the victims of the Virginia Beach mass shooting. The work is meant to symbolize how communities can overcome anything if people work together. Check it out here:
