Dear Gut Boxers,

I write you today to inform you that I'm putting my knives away for a while. Instead I'll be focusing on the business end of GGBK. It has been one heck of a first year taking the first steps towards a dream and now I feel it's time to take a couple more. I always knew what I wanted for Gordon's and that was a location. To create a family known spot for decades to come. To grow with the neighborhood, become a staple to taste buds within the community and maybe beyond .
And so the hunt begins! With vision and grace Gordon's Gut Box Kitchen will be a gut busting experience you can walk in and enjoy for years to come. I thank you so much for the inspiration and encouragement you have given me to make this move and share my kitchen flavors with you. This next round is going to be so worth it!
