Transformation takes time and you can look a lot different throughout the process, but oh can reward be so sweet!

Well that took a lot longer than I thought! Hahaha but grateful to have a harvest that will last through winter! If you didn’t know, you can store green tomatoes in a cool dry place, like a garage, and they’ll slowly ripen throughout the winter!

100% this one is getting documented for future eating! 😍😋🍽

Nothing beats good ol’ plants when it comes to feeding yourself good fuel. What you eat becomes your body and it either heals you or harms you. (That goes for your thoughts, too, btw. )

Here’s the bowl:
•brown rice
•fresh spinach (picked it this morning... !)
•roasted butternut squash with thyme, evoo and oregano
•avocado
•grilled tomatoes
•grilled chxn (leave off if you’re )
•cowboy caviar
•sour cream (or cashew cream if you’re )

YUMMM!! Try it. Love it. Repeat it.

We have seen it all- we have laughed during it, fought through it, cried because of it, and charged ahead of it trying to create Remarkable.

Over the past 8 months since undergoing a MAJOR work shift I am proud to say that through it all is still so close to my heart.

THANK YOU for help making the last .5 years such a blast, and thanks for putting up with (and dare I say leveraging/embracing?!) all my Red. 😜😂

A lot of times in life what you get depends on how you treat something. This includes yourself and the of you mind, you body, and your spirit.

Take care of yourself and everything else you care about. 💙🙏🏻

A few years ago I was feeling disengaged at work and subsequently built and put myself through my own engagement process to try and define what was going on and how I could address it. Thinking that I might not be the only one struggling with engagement, I offered it to the rest of my team, and eventually to every department in the company. This is now known as our mid-year engagement process and, I think, help leaders get a better pulse of how their teams are doing and can best help them.

Five-ish years later, here I find myself in a different, yet similarly difficult situation facing burnout from fatigue and running so fast for so long. I can’t speak for others, but I can speak for myself when I say it feels like we’re trying to sprint a marathon. And you aren’t supposed to sprint a marathon.

So with that, and given most of you know my background and the lens through which I see the world ( ), I thought I’d open up about my personal experience and share with you a tool and a few strategies to help avoid the mental fatigue that precedes burnout, with the intention of avoiding it. Some of you may or may not know, but burnout is one of the leading causes of work-related impairment.1

In my profile is the link to the BBI-15 assessment on . If you choose take the assessment it will take you no more than 2 minutes to complete. After you’re done you will get a number. Use the key on the bottom of the page to understand how at risk of burnout you are. Swipe to see a few strategies to help you avoid fully reaching burnout.
