We’re Hiring! Facility Director – Hope Ranch

Billy T. Cattan Recovery Outreach is seeking a strong, mission-driven leader to serve as Facility Director for our new Hope Ranch inpatient treatment center. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring a safe, high-quality environment for individuals on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day facility operations
• Supervise and support direct care staff
• Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and program performance
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment

What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or residential settings
• Strong operational, organizational, and people leadership skills
• Experience managing 24-hour operations
• A passion for helping individuals achieve lasting recovery
