We attended such a great event last night in Santa Paula put on at Leap Lab Farm. Aimmy owner and baker of bread gave a presentation on their Sonoran Wheat project. They have come together to try to bring back Sonoran wheat to Ventura county. They have a small test plot at the Leap Lab Farm and local school property in Santa Paula. They are also currently working to build a milling space as well! We are excited to watch the progress of this project and will keep everyone updated on future events and happenings!!!
