So Tiger Lilly and I took the leap to LA.
Santa Monica. Bigger rooms. Bigger vision. Bigger goals.

Everything shifted after that.
Became the Equinox Global Ambassador, worked on some incredible campaigns (including Hawaii), ranked among the top-producing trainers, and eventually launched my own practice.

Life doesn’t always go as planned. I’ve been going through some tough times, and I’ll be the first to admit—it hasn’t been easy. But one thing I’ve learned, both personally and as a health professional, is that the basics still matter most when everything else feels uncertain. 🙏🏽 ✅ Moving my body, even in small ways ✅ Eating foods that truly fuel me ✅ Practicing mindfulness + meditation ✅ Prioritizing sleep and recovery None of this erases the challenges, but it does give me the resilience to face them with a clearer head and stronger body. If you’re going through something, remember: you don’t have to be perfect—you just have to keep showing up for yourself in the little ways that count. 👌🏽
