What time are you picking me up for dinner?

Post-Competition Blues! 01/30/2021

I woke up this morning feeling good. It was a rainy Saturday morning and I had no where to be. But within the hour I started feeling like a balloon that was being slowly being deflated. I hate the feeling more so because I know this is not where I want to be. So its a double whammy. Everything leading up to the show was full of intensity, drive, and encouragement. People I didn't even know would comment. It was a natural high.
Now, a little over a month later I seem to blend in again. My drive is dwindling, my enthusiasm is getting smaller, and I'm finding it real easy to pass on my workouts. Hmmm...Not me at all!
So here's to hitting the rest button one more time. I think it's time to start airbrush tanning again. Something to lift my spirits during the funk. xo
