Comedy Gives Back

Last Monday Comedy Gives Back was one of the selected organizations to participate at the SAG/AFTRA wellness festival! We’re proud to work with such an amazing community.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This is a time to spotlight mental health, reduce stigma, and encourage open conversations about well-being.

For comedians, the reality behind the laughter can be uniquely demanding. Late nights, financial instability, constant performance pressure, and the emotional labor of making others laugh can take a real toll.

That’s where Comedy Gives Back comes in.

Comedy Gives Back is dedicated to supporting comedians by providing mental health resources, financial assistance, and crisis support services tailored to the realities of life in comedy. Our work helps ensure that the people who bring so much joy to others aren’t left without support when they need it most.

This month is a reminder: mental health matters in every industry, and no one has to face it alone.
