New space coming along….

Hi. Long time - no post.

Due to the growing Covid19 , I am currently suspending classes. My understanding is that the virus is airborne, through regular breathing, before you feel symptoms, therefore - sharing air in our closed space does not seem a wise risk to take.
I am very sad about the loss of our time together - we share lots of things beyond our muscular meditation practice.
I will be sending positive thoughts to you all and to your families as we muddle through this new experience and I will be in touch via the email list and this page when we get ready to start back up together.
