Join us at Minglement for a hands-on workshop where you’ll discover the secrets behind crafting your very own Fire Cider - a powerful autumn wellness tonic!
🔥WHAT IS FIRE CIDER?
Fire cider is a potent tonic, and recipes are everywhere and have been passed down through generations of families—especially the healing grannies who used these concoctions to stave off colds, the flu and to get things moving.
At this in-person event, learn about the traditions and folklore of Fire Cider while making your own tonic to take home and enjoy all winter long. All materials and supplies will be provided, except for a knife and cutting board—please bring your own!
This will be a fun, intimate evening centered around sharing the power of herbs, food, and community. See you there!
