Heddy Life
Our friend group went on a nature walk and someone spotted oyster mushrooms. I gathered a few, left them on a black cutting board in my kitchen, and went about my day. I came back to beautiful spore prints and had to capture them.
Just something for fun today.
Reinvention and resignation are in my DNA and are two sides of the same coin. I’ve dealt with lack of agency, fear of decision-making, and not knowing myself. This is why I trained in therapeutic guided meditation.
If any of this resonates, know that you can cultivate what is needed to feel a sense of equanimity. It takes time but the rewards are worth it.

Someone is moving away and I watched it land for a friend. They’re not completely gone, but enough to change the rhythm of things.
It caught me off guard how much that small shift felt like something bigger.
There is stability in knowing certain people are just there, part of the fabric of our lives. And when that changes, it feels like we’ve lost a bit of footing.
I come back to this question. What stays when everything else moves?
The only answer I have right now is something around the relationship with self. One that doesn’t depend on who stays or goes. Maybe we can be our own best friend who never leaves and always has our back?
How to be self and outside of self. Still figuring that part out.
People ask how I work with dreams. I don’t interpret them or tell you what they mean, but together we can observe what they bring up.
Dreams can leave as quickly as they arrive, so here’s a tip:
When you begin to wake and realize you had a dream, run through it in your head before moving your body too much - all the details and feelings you can recall.
After fully wakening, write it down as soon as possible. I do this over my morning tea ☕️
Then book a session and let me guide you inside. You’ll be surprised what is revealed when you give a dream time to percolate in your inner conscious.
