The Washington State Supreme Court declared today that the simple Possession of a Controlled Substance statute is unconstitutional. If any former clients have any convictions for simple possession, you need to ask to have it vacated and any fines or outstanding conditions waived.

The court agreed with us and held that the defendant's insurance payments for fair market value satisfied the property damages.
