Hello Team Phoenix!!

First, I'd like to thank all of you for your well wishes and patience this summer. I'm finally at a point in my recovery that I can start slowly teaching classes again.
Second, we're set to resume classes on Monday, October 16th at the Lake Shore Athletic Center to the regular schedule of Mondays and Wednesdays in the East Gym.
Third, to get myself and some of the students and parents slowly back up to speed, I'll be resuming Saturday classes each week beginning this Saturday, September 30th @ 10am for all Phoenix students (12 & older) white belt and above. Lil' Phoenix and Mini Sparks class is @ 11:30am.
