3 years ago I decided to branch out and sign papers on my very own nutrition club at focused wellness. It was a dream of mine and I was finally making it happen!

I was of course a little nervous but also very excited and said I would commit to 3 years and see what happens.

Well it's been 3 years and I have met so many wonderful people who have become fabulous friends. I look back at this time and am proud of what has happened. All the growth and change, laughs, accomplishments, the relationships, and memories that I will forever hold near to my heart.

After much thinking and praying I have decided to close up focused wellness at the end of this month and move on to the next chapter of mine and my families life! We are very excited for this new adventure and believe it is best for all.

From the bottom of our hearts we thank every single person who has ever come in and supported us. We appreciate you more than you know!

Keep your eyes out for us because we've got some new and exciting things happening...this is not the end😘
