2013 Team Pursuit Program – Natls Recruitment | Northern California Velodrome Association The Hellyer County Park Velodrome, located in South San Jose, is Northern California and Nevada’s premier track cycling arena. Adult training is $5 every Saturday morning and junior training is free. Loaner bikes are $5 to adults and free to juniors.
