Favorite stretch from my Silks Conditioning class this morning -- livestream of course. is always offering up good ways to move those hips and strengthen my core and back; a great way to start my Mondays even though we can't climb the silks these days.

We headed to the woods for a few quiet days and took along my new toy! Slack lining is hard!
I love balance work; it is centering, grounding, interesting, and potentially life saving. This line will be a regular on road trips 👣
