Another bathroom project almost complete! Redesigned from a small 4' walk-in shower to an oversized soaking tub shower combo! This one has new everything including custom wainscoting and wallpaper selected by the owners. Before and afters!

When you get a few hours between tasks and jobs you slide in a new shower for someone that had to use an old shower literally held together with duck tape! New shower, shower valve, larger drain, new shower doors and two new toilets.. all in less than two days of work!

So many of the homes in the PNW built in the early 2000's have these craftsman style pillars that have just rotted away. We have completed many "permanent solutions " to remedy the issue! Our clients have been very happy with the demo of the old rotted pillars and the Hardi wrapped completion giving the home a new look and new pillars that will never rot! This one has new Hardi wrapped windows too... and new paint to match!

Your clients new home had a great flower bed in the front of their house; except that the fill dirt was 29" above the foundation causing the front of the house to rot away. We dug the 36" of fill dirt out to get below the grade of the foundation; we replaced the rotted posts , boards, sheathing and siding with the appropriate waterproof materials and it's ready for the proper drainage style fill to.be reinstalled.
