We have found a better way. Built into all our user licenses is a rental phone for you and your staff. This phone is warrantied with advanced replacement for anything. No more sending your phone to a manufacturer and waiting weeks for it to come back so you can use it. Once the phone is diagnosed with and unfixable issue a replacement phone will be shipped out to you as a replacement, no waiting.
What is the phone warrantied for? If you happen to get your foot caught on the cord and the phone goes flying across the room, we will replace it. If Sam puts his lunch in the microwave with tin foil still on it and the office burns down, we will replace the phones. If mask wearing thieves steal all your phones in the dead of night, we will replace them.
If any of the hardware you rent from us becomes replaced with an upgraded model with a feature you just must have, we will upgrade it for free.
