We unfortunately have to set a new policy in place this year. We are contract free. Meaning, you are not locked in. We do plan to stay this way, as long as our customers allow us to. That being said:

When you start a quarterly service with us, you pay an “initial start up fee” then when your service is due, it’s your normal rate.

From here on out, if you lapse in your protection for a month or longer, you will need to pay the initial fees again.

This is happening because we always try to save our customers money and help them choose the right protection or solution to their problem without breaking the bank. We have unfortunately been taken advantage of several times. As a very small business, this impacts our family the most. We understand things happen and unexpected expenses come up. If you communicate with us in a timely manner, then we can avoid this extra initial fee.
