I got some much needed tree trimming (and poison ivy) done this morning along the north road near the maintenance shed. The road is now passable 😅
Please bear with us as we get it hauled off 😊.
If you didn’t know already, the cemetery, and the areas along Ballard and Oil Mill Rds., have always had a decent population of RoadRunners.
This year, the population seems to be thriving at the cemetery. They were quite observant of me this morning. Feel free to come tell them hi on your morning or evening walks.

Working hard getting sleeves installed for these flags which will help make them permanent at certain times of the year, and easy re-installs! It will also help them withstand some of our crazy weather!!

Met with Oncor this morning at the cemetery.
They will not be touching the trees.
They will, however, removed the power line running through the cemetery that connects to 3 street lights on the grounds (2 of which are hidden within the oak trees).
Should we need some sort of lighting in the cemetery, we will look at non invasive solar options.
