In this role, you'll:
✅ Train future Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
✅ Coordinate and lead staff education and in-service programs
✅ Support compliance with training and competency requirements
✅ Maintain educational and employee health records
✅ Promote excellence in resident care through ongoing staff development

Requirements:
✔️ Current NYS Registered Nurse license
✔️ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔️ Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
