Great job Valhalla Jr Vikings Girls 3&1 on the day at the Murphy Tournament

We are officially one week away from the start of our second annual Winter Lacrosse Clinic!

The dates are as follows:
December 6,13,& 20
January 10,17,24 & 31
February 7,14,21 & 28

Girls from 9-10 & the Boys from 10-11.

All clinics will be in the Upper Gym of the MSHS.

We will be focusing on conditioning, basic stick skills, cradling, passing, catching and dodges. This way we can hit the ground running when the season starts Mid March!!!
