As engineers supporting renovation projects across Asphalt Green's facilities, we are honored to help create spaces that support fitness, recreation, and community.
Congratulations to this year's honorees, including the George E. and Annette Cross Murphy Charitable Fund, William S. Eakins on 50 years of service, and Zesiger Award recipient Ashleigh Johnson, two-time Olympic gold medalist and U.S. Women's Water Polo Team goalie.
The chance to explore the zoo and experience the animals throughout the evening made an already great event even more memorable.

Design is underway for a new supportive housing development at 626 Pelham Parkway South in the Bronx for the BRC. The 8-story, 50,000+ SF building will include up to 110 residential units and feature Passive House strategies, all-electric systems, and photovoltaic panels.
Designed to support both sustainability and community, the project includes shared kitchens, a community room, dining commons, and supportive services space. OLA is providing full MEP engineering services.
