May is Mental Health Awareness Month!🧠 It is dedicated to raise awareness, reduce stigma and seek help for ourselves, our colleagues, and our loved ones. Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Please do not forget that your mental health is just as important as your physical health.❤️‍🩹
📣Reminder📣: Healthy mind 🧠 + healthy body🫀 = happy life✨.

✨HAPPY NATIONAL SOCIAL WORK MONTH!✨
We want to thank all social workers across the globe for changing lives everyday. 🌎 Please take a moment and thank our spectacular social workers for their incredible impact!🎉

The theme for 2024 — Empowering Social Workers! — speaks to the need for government, regulators, and employers to work to improve pay for social workers as a way to address challenging social issues. Increasing salaries for social workers invests in the professionals trained to address social issues.
