Chicken processing complete. 46 birds vacuum packed. Thanks to our Yardbird chicken plucker pulling feathers by hand is a thing of the past. Great piece of equipment.

Do you like to eat the same thing everyday for every meal? Would you like to eat chicken that eats ingredients you wouldn’t personally eat yourself, or that you may not have ever heard of, let alone be able pronounce? Neither would we!

Here is a look at our broilers food process. Depending on the season or what extras we have growing in the gardens, we mix it up for them! Right now they are tasting tomatoes and grass, along with their hand mixed(literally) staple feed.

Our laying hens eat the same food, only in whole grain/seed form!
