You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly — greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks.

The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) is warning taxpayers about fake text messages that claim your tax refund is “pending release” and ask you to click a link to “confirm your account details.” These messages lead to a fraudulent website that copies ODT’s logo and branding.

⚠️ Important Reminders for Our Clients & Friends:
• ODT will never text you about your taxes or refunds.
• Do NOT click links or reply to suspicious texts.
• Never share personal or financial info via text.
• Always verify the official website: https://tax.ohio.gov
• When in doubt, use only the phone numbers or email listed on ODT’s official “Contact Us” page.

If you believe you’ve been a victim of this scam:
• Contact local law enforcement.
• Notify credit reporting agencies.
• Report it to the Ohio Attorney General and the Ohio Department of Commerce Office of Consumer Affairs at (866) 278-0003 or [email protected].
