NOW HIRING: PART-TIME EVENT ASSISTANT

Join our energetic DJ and event production team! We’re looking for a motivated, organized individual to assist with client coordination and event preparation.

Position Overview

The Event Assistant will help manage communications with clients, confirm event details and song submissions, assist with marketing, and support the team in delivering top-quality DJ and lighting experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with clients prior to events to confirm details
• Ensure song requests are submitted 2 weeks before event date
• Learn and manage the EWebin Admin system (training provided)
• Communicate with clients professionally and courteously
• Assist with marketing and social media promotions
• Maintain organized records and team coordination

Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer and social media knowledge
• Friendly, professional, and music-loving personality
• Prior event or customer service experience a plus

Schedule & Compensation
• Part-time, flexible hours (weekday follow-ups + some weekend event support)
• Hourly pay based on experience

Setting up sound throughout the whole venue for Wings, Tracks, and Wheels 2025. We’ve been fortunate enough to be part of this event for a few years and it keeps getting bigger and better every year. We are using 24 QSC speakers throughout this event.
