Fun facts about me 😝

⭐️ I’m a nerd who likes math, science, dungeons and dragons, and puzzles.

⭐️ I learn just as much from patients as they learn from me.

⭐️ I believe in a power greater than myself that unifies all living beings. God shows up how people need him to. God works through us and inside of us if we stay connected and realize that we were put here to be a part of this world. Therefore, we need to stay connected, when we don’t we will be reminded with symptoms.

⭐️ One of my favorite characters is William Wallace in Braveheart. Intelligent fighter who uses strategy over force. Believes passionately in a cause and will stop at nothing to achieve his goal. Knows how to reach out to others to gain their support.

⭐ ️ Marriage is a partnership and each partner has a duty to lovingly support each other, having kids is a natural extension of that. A unified structure of guidelines for kids and teaching them how to live a healthy life is a parent’s primary job.

⭐️ I can’t stand people who say one thing and do another.

⭐️ I have always been inspired by Jesus, the man. A man who recognized how his relationship with God could help him help others…all others.

⭐️ Chiropractic education opened the door to the idea that medicine doesn’t have all of the answers. I learned that many things could be fixed by the body and that there are tests and treatments that are more sensitive and powerful than what we can find in a bottle or laboratory. Functional health brought me back to identifying clinically relevant information that supported the work.

⭐️ Inconsiderate actions and people really bother me.

⭐️ I got cut from the UCI soccer team because I didn’t prepare. Preparation and mentorship are necessary to be ready for success.

⭐️ I will never understand why studying the negative impact of Vaccines continues to catch a blind eye by MDs. How can you weigh risk vs benefits, if the risks aren’t studied?

⭐️ Society (parents, school, doctors) doesn’t teach us how to care for our bodies, rather it teaches us how to fit into the system to be good consumers.

2 Hidden dangers with Cardio that Sabotage Your Energy & put your health at risk.

Few people would knowingly go for a run in winter clothes in 110 degree heat, the risk of a stroke, heat stroke or passing out is clear.

✅ Increased risk of atrial fibrillation & stroke if your medication is not spot on. If you are struggling with low energy and your doctor has been adjusting your medication…you may have an increased risk of a stroke.

✅ Cardio can result in lower T4 and TSH. If your doctor is not aware of this they may adjust your medication which can increase your risk for heart problems.

When I first began my practice, I tried everything to help women with hypothyroidism and low energy.

It was a struggle, because despite normal lab tests they still experienced weight problems, low energy, hair loss, insomnia, and brain fog…despite taking their medication as prescribed.

That was until I discovered these 4 odd secret causes that completely transformed how I was able to help them feel better.

Before discovering these secrets, I was researching different supplements, therapies, and genetic SNPs. I tried everything from intermittent fasting to special workouts, but nothing worked to provide lasting results.

Thyroid hormone must be converted from T4 (the inactive form) to T3 (the active form). About 80% of this process takes place in the digestive system and liver.

Often, people with thyroid symptoms also have adrenal symptoms, but their doctors don't know how to distinguish between them.

Pool water problem solves Hypothyroid & Low Energy Mystery

Adding more chlorine, acid, or other chemicals to a pool to clean it when the filters are dirty will not solve the problem.

Chasing symptoms with changing medication dosage without addressing how the body uses and transports hormones will not solve those problems either.
