June flavors are here! Say hello to our famous Lemon and Rocky Road cookies!

Our Lemon cookies are made in honor of the Upland Lemon Festival. They are a lemon cookie made with lemon zest, freshly squeezed lemons, and white chocolate chips. We finish them off by rolling them in powdered sugar.

Our Rocky Road cookie is our double chocolate cookie with chocolate chips, toasted almonds, and marshmallows.

to that time I spent hours in a hyper-focused trance creating “Apple Six Ways” for a fine dining plated dessert. It’s got dehydrated apple chips, apple compote, apple créme anglaise, liquid-nitrogen-blasted apple snow, caramelized apple tarte, and apple caramel.

It was beautiful, it was art, and it required three different types of tweezers to assemble.
..Which is exactly why these days, you can find me happily creating ice cream and cookies. Because let’s be honest: nobody ever needed tweezers to enjoy a warm cookie and a perfect scoop of ice cream. 🍨🍪
