Single family residential marketing times in Bend increased last month, which is common for this time of year. The Bend SFR market had a strong number of sales (180). A monthly level not seen since the same time in 2022 (183). The median sales price declined and inventory has remained low. Low level of inventory does not suggest a market experiencing a declining trend.
