5 moves that combine arms and legs, for a great lower body workout. 🔥

1. Side to side lunges
2. Row + tap back
3. Round the world, tricep extensions + squat
4. Row, reverse lunge + overhead press
5.. Reverse lunge + row

3 rounds, 12-16 each move. Both sides of the body.
