The day a Blackhawk helicopter was called in to save my soup. 🛸🍲
When I was a pilot in the Army, my health was declining so rapidly from chronic illness that I had to treat my food like a medical prescription. I literally ate organic bone broth soup for every single meal—even during intense war games in the Mojave Desert.
