The EVO project team recently gathered to celebrate a major milestone—the completion of the building’s structural frame. Team members and trade partners enjoyed Rudy’s BBQ while recognizing everyone’s hard work. Here’s to continued progress on the EVO site!

Congratulations to Matt Bailey on his promotion to Assistant Project Manager!

Since joining MAPP, Matt has become known as the "Swiss Army Knife" of the team — someone who can always be counted on to step in wherever support is needed. Whether assisting project teams, helping Preconstruction during busy periods, leveraging his knowledge of MAPP's systems, or traveling between jobsites, Matt consistently approaches every challenge with a willingness to do whatever it takes to help his team succeed.

We look forward to seeing him continue Raising the Bar and making an even greater impact in his new role as Assistant Project Manager.

Congratulations to Charlie Barham on his promotion to Senior Project Engineer! Since joining MAPP as an intern, Charlie has consistently embraced new opportunities to learn and grow, building a strong foundation through both Preconstruction and Project Management. Over the past year, he has stepped up to support several projects that required additional leadership, helping teams navigate challenges and drive projects toward successful completion.

Charlie's willingness to take ownership, strong communication skills, and commitment to delivering results have made a positive impact on both his teammates and clients. We look forward to seeing him continue to grow and take on new opportunities in this role.

Our Atlanta MAPPies closed out crawfish season by hosting our final crawfish boil of 2026! Thank you to all who organized and participated in this event. We always enjoy bringing a taste of Louisiana to our clients and friends in Georgia.
