I have been having an extreme amount of No-shows lately . This is a big loss for the business and it is not fair for the clients I turn away because I couldn’t get them in . I send reminders out when your appointment is booked and you get another one 48 hours prior to your appointment to change your mind and avoid being charged anything 😊

I would like to give a friendly reminder of my business policies :

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Total Package Salon, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and our schedules, we kindly ask for adequate notice when changes are needed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice

* Any appointment that is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% missed appointment fee based on the services booked.
* No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
* All missed appointment fees must be paid before booking any future appointments.
* After three (3) no-show appointments, Total Package Salon reserves the right to terminate the client relationship and decline all future appointment requests.
