Fayette Gives 2025 will be held on the day of Daniel’s 10th Heavenly Birthday. Help us celebrate his beautiful life together on Nov. 6th!

When: Thursday, November 6, 2025
8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

How to Give Online: Donations will be accepted on the Fayette Gives website on November 6.

How to Donate by Check (accepted now):
1. Private Message Bill or Nicole Dice to receive a Check Contribution Form.
2. Print and complete the form with your donation amounts.
3. Write ONE check for the total amount, made payable to “CFFC.”
4. Mail to: CFFC, 5 South Mt. Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, PA 15401.
5. Be sure to list LOVING DANIEL as your selected charity.
6. Your donation receipt will be emailed by CFFC.
