This past week, Tony Byerly (Global President & CEO) along with Damon Kanzler (COO, North America) and Steve Walker (SVP, Monitoring North America) traveled to Monterrey, Mexico to meet with the Mexico Securitas Technology team.

As part of the visit, the Mexico Alarm Monitoring team was recognized as part of the celebrations for June’s Monitoring and Remote Services Appreciation Month. This appreciation month recognizes the critical role our monitoring operations team members serve in protecting our clients and our communities. Their dedication and monitoring expertise continue to set the standard for service excellence.

During the visit, the executive team hosted an employee town hall, sharing insights on our global capabilities, continued technology innovation, our performance results, and a continued focus on enhancing the client experience.

A detailed business review with Leonel Martinez (General Manager, Mexico) and the senior country leadership team focused on key priorities such as operational excellence, client engagement, business results, and employee development.
