I just got feedback today from a customer that used the n62/n63 tool. He was replacing valve seals on a n62 with the engine in the car and cams removed.

After making and selling this tool I have had one returned. It was unused I believe the young man had gotten in way over his head but hey we’ve all been there at some point in our careers.

Hello, just a note to let you know our inventory has been replenished and orders are once again being filled for BMW n62/n63 valve spring compressors. Little did I realize when I designed this tool that it would work on most BMW four valve per cylinder non valvetronic engines. A couple others have cropped up as well, the Peugeot engine used in the Mini Cooper and the very popular Subaru 16 valve engine family. Surely there are others out there if you come across one let us know.
