We had a relaxing Women’s Retreat the first weekend in May. Participants enjoyed a paint & sip, yoga with HeartMath, Bible Study, candle making, hiking, boating, archery, puzzles, crafts, shopping, worship, and plenty of time to unwind and enjoy nature at MoVal.
