First blackberry lavender cake of the season! A sophisticated twist on the more traditional jam-filled cakes. I think this flavor is just perfect for a spring or summer wedding (can be frosted white). Vanilla cake filled with blackberry jam and frosted with a subtle lavender buttercream.
