Busy, successful health care practice is seeking a multi-talented and experienced individual to assist our doctor. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting; and a minimum 6 months experience is preferred.

- electronic health records/documentation experience

Primary duties include:

- performing intake and objectively assessing patients

- accurately documenting SOAP and treatment notes in EHR system

- performing therapeutic treatments as directed by doctor/treatment plan

- accurately completing superbills for billing department

- setting and maintaining the pace of patient flow & keeping doctor on schedule

- scribing for nutrition/wellness consultations

- assisting patients and customers with supplement information and sales

- pulling, re-shelving and stocking supplement inventory

Secondary duties include:

- answering phones

- making appointments

- checking out patients

- follow-up phone calls

- other duties as directed by doctor and/or office coordinator

This is a 2-3 day/week position requiring some evening and Saturday hours.

A minimum of 6 months patient care experience is strongly preferred, but not mandatory. Chiropractic/nursing experience is a plus. Professional references must be submitted along with resume for consideration.
