Union County E-911

I have to give a huge shout-out to D Shift Supervisor Rob Fraim, Assistant Supervisor Jennie Allen, and Dispatcher Robert Garner. These folks truly stood the test Yesterday!
AT&T experienced a fiber cut that caused a major outage and took down our CAD system around 11:30am. Despite losing one of our most critical tools, they never missed a beat. They immediately switched to manually completing CAD cards and continued serving our community without hesitation.
When C Shift came in, Supervisor Kaitlyn Beheler and Assistant Supervisor Lennie Rogess picked up right where D Shift left off, ensuring seamless operations throughout the outage.
After a long day, our network was finally restored, and CAD was back online around 9:30 p.m. During all of this, Union was also dealing with a major storm, meaning these dispatchers had everything imaginable thrown at them. They stayed focused, worked together, and got the job done.
A special thank you as well to B Shift Assistant Supervisor Traci Dixie Mosley for coming in to help support the center when we needed it most.
I'm incredibly proud of every dispatcher and grateful to all of our responders who played a part during this challenging event. Days like yesterday reminded me of what teamwork, and dedication, truly looks like.
