Virtual Reality Photography

Here in the seat of my soul.

Perched on the lost story of a fallen tree,
I met a restless sea and sky thick with weather.
I would not, could not escape the chaos -
So I learned to ride within it.
I drew myself inward,
my gaze steady at the horizon’s edge.

Peace, in gratitude for the fallen giant
that still bore my weight
and named this place a seat.
