Meanwhile, enjoy photos from our latest session: in celebration of Día de los Mu***os, CSUEB student Taylor read “Our Day of the Dead Celebration,” a book about honoring and connecting to our departed loved ones. Afterwards, we played a “Remembering Family” Bingo and explored Union City Library’s ofrenda.

This program is thoughtfully adapted for individuals with physical, developmental or cognitive challenges to create a safe and inclusive space where all can experience the benefits of yoga practice.
