At Night Shift Development, we find climate change to be an important topic of conversation, and how better to get involved than to donate directly to causes that make positive climate related changes.

Through our partnership with Climate Benefits, each employee receives a monthly stipend to allocate towards carbon removal projects; such as: One Tree Planted, ECOERA, and Climeworks. This benefit gives our employees the opportunity to continuously make an impact by staying involved with advocacy organizations, learning more about climate change, and tracking their environmental impact.

As a company, we have been able to remove 89.37 tons of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere!
