Two earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 struck northern Venezuela in the evening of Wednesday, June 24. Jesus followers in the area have asked for prayer.

Over 230 people have lost their lives, with the death toll predicted to rise as Venezuela does not have the infrastructure needed for effective rescue efforts. Hundreds of buildings have completely collapsed and many families face an uncertain future.
