Goodmorning everyone ✨ with my books filling up more frequently i have noticed many last minute cancellations happening. Again i know things happen but ive also been really lenient on my policies, as a small business i cannot afford the loss of time and materials. Going forward please let me know at least 12 hrs in advance if you are not going to be able to make your appointment. If you do not inform me within that time i will start charging a 25% cancellation fee .
No shows will be banned on first occurrence. No exceptions especially if i reached out and get blocked or ignored…its not a good feeling at all…
I hope all can understand and i thank you for your patience and understanding!
