Update: Construction coming along nicely. Cooler fans should be installed by next week. Didn’t realize it was taking so long to get parts in. All the companies are retooling. Putting the flooring in the prep room this week. Gonna have to put some big industrial fans out on the warehouse part to keep the air moving. Summer time again 😓. Hoping to have everything ready and finalized by end of June or July. Seems like we are waiting on everybody else’s time table 😩. But a work in progress.
