"I love horses because they're so beautiful and smart, and I feel really happy and peaceful when I'm around them. Riding makes me feel free, and I love the connection I have with horses."
- Lorallyn, 1st Place WTC Youth Division

"Our shows are about the journey to get there. Our students and boarders develop their horsemanship skills as they prepare for the showcase, and it's an opportunity to share their accomplishments with their friends and family. It takes skill, grit, patience, hard work, and courage, and I love watching our riders get to celebrate how far they've come with their horses."
- Julianne, High Pointe Trainer

The final part of our show is this Saturday from 9:30-11:00 where students will get to perform their freestyle routines. We'd love to see you there! (Note: Riders arrive by 8:30am to get your horses ready.)

Thank you again to our Gold Level Sponsors who invested in our program:

Gresham Veterinary Hospital, Brittany Sartain - REALTOR, Eagle Steel Buildings, Atlas Auto, The Pamela Walters Group

High Pointe Spring Showcase 2026

Congratulations to all of our riders for our second annual spring show!! We are so proud of each of you for all of the hard work and courage that you put into today.

Today was an amazing reminder of how horses can change our lives. It develops our leadership, our ability to connect, to be firm, to be gentle, to have courage, to build grit, to strengthen our empathy.

Our professional pictures will come back at a later date, but for now, here is just a few pictures from our event!

Huge shout out to our incredible volunteers who kept things safe, running smoothly, and helping, especially staying flexible through all of the weather delays.

We will continue the rest of our show on May 2! We hope you can join us for our freestyle division. Each rider has chosen a song and prepared a pattern for the event. It will be a lot of fun!

“Safety, fun, and fellowship in a natural environment for horses and their people.”

Thankful for a day to celebrate the beauty of the horse and the rider. We hope you enjoyed today, and we’ll see you May 2!

Important Update (please read)

We have made the decision to add chickens to our boarding options. While working with horses has been great, we think a chicken boarding facility makes more sense.

We’ll still keep all the horses at High Pointe, but each horse will get at least four to six chicken friends in their pasture.

If you are interested in boarding your chicken, please call us to inquire about our chicken boarding prices, starting at $1,000/month for private chicken paddocks and $500/month for pasture.

Common questions:

- Will I be able to keep the eggs my chickens lay? Answer: No, unfortunately, we won’t be able to know which eggs come from your specific chicken, so we’ll be keeping all the eggs because that is only fair.

- Will I be able to visit my chicken?
Answer: Yes, chicken visiting hours will be between 4:00-5:00am.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
