Baking obsessed

I’ve been working on things behind the scenes coming up with new recipes. Also trying to get my very first sourdough starter going, there is a lot of discard in this so I’m trying to find ways to combat that lol. This morning I made double chocolate chocolate chip sourdough muffins. Need a few tweaks but they are amazing
